Blue Magnet was founded by Gillian Meier in 1997. Gillian has been working in the online industry for the past 13 years,
having assumed the roles of Marketing Manager, Digital Strategist, Business
Manager, SEO Specialist, eMarketing Consultant and Digital Media Trainer.
Over
the past 13 years, she has been instrumental in strategising and executing
business models and digital marketing strategies across various industries,
specifically within e-Commerce Marketplaces and e-Recruitment.
Gillian is a devoted online marketer and digital business strategist. She
is passionate about search engine marketing, both SEO & PPC, and is an
evangelist for social media platforms where she has been very active in
assisting various companies with their search, social media and online content
strategies. Gillian’s experience extends beyond the internet to traditional
media, including above-the-line & below-the-line marketing and advertising,
as well as hands-on public relations.
As an expert in her field, Gillian has been invited as a guest speaker at
various conferences, and was selected by the AAA School of Advertising to
present the Google AdWords course, endorsed by Google.
